From the North (Wausau, Stevens Point, etc.)
Take Highway 39 South to Interstate 90/94 East toward Madison. As you approach Madison, Interstate 94 East will split off to your left and go to Milwaukee. Remain on Interstate 90 East, which indicates it is going to Janesville and Chicago. Exit Interstate 90 at Highways 12 and 18 West. This will be a right hand exit. Follow Highways 12/18 West to the Fish Hatchery Road exit. Turn left (South) at the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp. Continue down Fish Hatchery Road approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left (East) on East Cheryl Parkway. Turn left at the next intersection (Research Park Drive). WHA is located in the CUES building which is the second driveway on the left.
From the South (Rockford, Chicago, etc.)
Take Interstate 90 West to Wisconsin. The Madison area will be approximately 40 miles from Janesville. Exit Interstate 90 at Highways 12 & 18 West. This will be a left-hand exit. Locally, we refer to Highways 12 and 18 as "The Beltline." Follow Highways 12/18 West to the Fish Hatchery Road exit. Turn left (South) at the stoplight at the end of the exit ramp. Continue down Fish Hatchery Road approximately 2.5 miles. Turn left (East) on East Cheryl Parkway. Turn left at the next intersection (Research Park Drive). WHA is located in the CUES building which is the second driveway on the left.
From the East (Milwaukee)
Take Interstate 94 West from Milwaukee. As you enter the Madison area, you will come to a three-way split in the highway. Signs will indicate Interstate 90 East (Janesville/Chicago), Interstate 90 and 94 West (to Wisconsin Dells) and Highway 30 (Madison). Take the Interstate 90 East exit. This will be a left-hand exit. Follow I-90 and exit at Highways 12 & 18 West. This will be a right hand exit. Locally, we refer to Highways 12 and 18 as "The Beltline." Follow Highways 12/18 West to the Fish Hatchery Road exit. From the Northwest (Eau Claire, La Crosse, Minnesota, etc.)
Take Interstate 90/94 East to Madison. As you enter the Madison area, Interstate 94 will split off to your left and go to Milwaukee. Remain on Interstate 90 East, which indicates it is going to Janesville and Chicago. Exit Interstate 90 at Highways 12 and 18 West. This will be a right hand exit. From the Southwest (Iowa)
Take Highway 151 to Wisconsin. Highway 18 joins Highway 151 and 18/151 continue on to Madison. As you approach Madison, you will turn right (east) on Highway PD/McKee Road. Follow PD to South Fish Hatchery Road/County D. Turn right (south) and drive 3/4 mile. Turn left (East) on East Cheryl Parkway. Turn left at the next intersection (Research Park Drive). WHA is located in the CUES building which is the second driveway on the left.
