Community Benefits Reporting
Wisconsin State Health Plan: 11 Health Priorities
The Wisconsin State Health Plan: Healthiest Wisconsin 2010 provides an overview of the health priorities set for Wisconsin. WHA will be using the 11 health priorities as a way of grouping all the hospital community benefit activities, in aggregate as it relates to data, and also as a way of relating the real life stories sent to WHA back to an identified health need. Not all stories and activities will fit into the 11 priorities, and that is ok, they are still very valuable to our overall reporting efforts.
