The Wisconsin Hospitals State PAC & Conduit closed out its 2020 fundraising campaign at 121% of its $268,000 goal, raising $324,713 from 250 individuals, 71 of which were first-time contributors. Of the contributors, 37% donated at one of the Club levels of $1,500 or more.
"Thanks to the steadfast commitment of 250 of our state's health care leaders, the Wisconsin Hospitals State PAC & Conduit was able to exceed its fundraising goal and support candidates all across the state who value health care this past election season," said Damond Boatwright, chair of the Wisconsin Hospital Association’s (WHA’s) Advocacy Committee. "I am most proud and encouraged to see so many new contributors this year as we look to continue to grow this important program," Boatwright added.
Fundraising efforts for 2021 will officially kick off with WHA's Virtual
Advocacy Day on April 14. Individuals can submit contributions ahead of Advocacy Day online at
