WHA Speaker Bureau – A Member Benefit You Don’t Want to Miss

Keeping your leadership team and board of trustees educated and current on all things health care is one of your many responsibilities. One easy way to accomplish this is to include a WHA Speaker Bureau member on the agenda of one of your regular meetings or as a part of annual leadership or Board retreat. WHA senior staff have expertise in a broad range of health care topics, issues and initiatives, and can be a valuable addition to your meeting agendas. Some topics that can be presented include, but are not limited to:

  • Current legal and regulatory updates
  • State legislative and budget updates
  • Federal legislative updates
  • Strategies to improve your advocacy efforts
  • Health care reform
  • Behavioral health
  • Dental care access
  • Post-acute care
  • Reimbursement
  • Health care workforce
  • Quality and patient safety
  • Data visualization and analysis
  • Emergency preparedness
Did you know? WHA executives are regularly featured in the media and as presenters at annual gatherings of physician leaders, nurse leaders, health care finance leaders, and human resource professionals in Wisconsin, as well as for the Wisconsin Chapter of ACHE.
