WHA is hosting a webinar presented by Medisolv to share how to prepare for the new hybrid inpatient quality reporting (IQR) program measures. A hybrid measure uses claims data and core clinical data elements from electronic health records for measure calculation. Both readmission and mortality hybrid measures are required beginning this year and will be in a different reporting period than regular electronic clinical quality measures. The hybrid measures performance period started July 1, 2023 and ends June 30, 2024.
