Last Chance to Register for WHA Workforce Forum, Sept. 13 in Madison

National speaker Steve Bench, founder of Generational Consulting, will be a keynote speaker at WHA’s second Workforce Forum in Madison Sept. 13. Bench will discuss engagement strategies for attracting and retaining millennials, empowering Generation X, capturing baby boomer wisdom and cultivating future leadership by leveraging the strengths of each generation.
 
WHA’s expert team will create the framework for the current and future state of Wisconsin’s health care workforce, and participants will leave with an improved understanding of how their organization, their valued partners, health care stakeholders and state and federal policymakers can work together to recruit and retain the new talent needed to sustain Wisconsin’s high-quality, high-value health care with a shrinking available workforce and growing health care demand.
