Register for Substance Use Disorders Management Boot Camp

This training aims to enhance confidence and competencies related to the management of substance use disorders in general medical settings. Through case-based and interactive didactic content, the workshop will explore issues related to assessment, monitoring, prevention, and management in the setting of unhealthy substance use. 
 
When: October 12 and 13, 2023

Who: Intended for clinicians and care teams in primary care settings who wish to expand knowledge related to the medical management of opioid and alcohol use disorders
 
Where: La Crosse, Wisconsin
 
This conference satisfies the Medication Access and Training Expansion (MATE) Act, requirement for new or renewing Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registrants, as of June 27, 2023, to have completed a total of at least eight hours of training on opioid or other substance use disorders. This educational activity jointly is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the health care team.
