CEO Panel Featured at Partners of WHA Convention
Senior Vice President and President of Aspirus Wausau Hospital and Aspirus Merrill Hospital Jeff Wicklander and SSM Health Wisconsin President Deann Thurmer of Waupun Memorial Hospital, Ripon Community Hospital, and St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, join WHA’s Vice President of Federal and State Relations Jon Hoelter for a wide-ranging CEO Panel discussion about workforce challenges and other top concerns at hospitals and health systems across Wisconsin.

The panel also spoke at length about the immense value WHA Partners and hospital volunteers continue to have as well as ideas to get more volunteers involved. More than 100 volunteers (and directors of volunteer services) attended the discussion at the 2023 annual Partners of WHA Convention held Oct. 3‑5 at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Stevens Point.
