Registration Now Open for WHA Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Salary Survey

WHA, in partnership with the Wisconsin Healthcare Human Resources Association (WisHHRA), opened registration for their 2025 Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Salary Survey on Nov. 19, 2024. The survey and statewide and peer group results will be available to WHA and WisHHRA member participants at no cost.

The third annual WHA-WisHHRA survey will include queries on salary, turnover, and benefits to offer participants a wide range of recruitment and retention data for their workforce efforts. WHA and WisHHRA are committed to continuing to improve participation and create an even more complete dataset in the 2025 Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Salary Survey.

The 2025 survey will collect incumbent-level salary information for management, non-management and executive job codes as of Jan. 1, 2025. Results will be available to participants in early April 2025. If you don’t participate you will not be able to access the results.

In each of the first two years of the survey more than 120 hospitals, clinics and other health care facilities submitted data, yielding strong comparatives for participating employers.

Register now to gain access to the data specifications for submission to prepare now for the opening of the survey on Jan. 2, 2025.

If you have questions about registering for the 2025 WHA Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Salary Survey, contact WHA Senior Vice President, Workforce and Clinical Practice Ann Zenk, WHA Information Center Data Analyst Emily Holden or WHA Information Center Vice President Brian Competente.
