Understanding Values, Navigating Ethical Issues, and Incorporating the Inclusion and AI Imperatives in Healthcare
 
Learning Objectives
  • Relay a minimum of three areas of ethical consideration within health care.
  • Facilitate discussions with organizational health care leaders to assess individual values, internal/external organization culture and ethics alignment.
  • Identify the impact and opportunities of two imperatives —artificial intelligence and inclusion —across generations, worker capabilities, and the health care competitive landscape; understand how values and ethics guide leader responsiveness to these imperatives.
