Morelli-Puricelli shared risk management is best approached proactively with an evidence-based perspective and that “an effective risk management program has many goals such as enhancing the culture of safety to create an atmosphere of trust where staff feel free to speak up about safety concerns, improving patient and workplace safety, and protecting patients from harm and or injury.”
