Jon Hoelter

Vice President, Federal Affairs and Advocacy

Jon Hoelter is Wisconsin Hospital Association's Vice President of Federal Affairs & Advocacy and has been with WHA since February of 2018. He serves as WHA’s lead on federal lobbying and grassroots efforts and assists on a variety of state lobbying efforts. Jon has a variety of political and policy experience, including working on campaigns and in the official offices of two members of the WI State Legislature and for a former member of Congress on Capitol Hill. He also served as a health care policy advisor in a previous administration of the WI Governor’s office as well as the legislative liaison with Wisconsin’s Department of Health Services, immediately prior to joining WHA. Jon is a graduate of UW-Madison.
