Staff from the Rush Center for Excellence in Aging will facilitate two follow-up sessions to continue the conversation and help hospitals identify next steps to act on to align their hospitals with the 4M Framework. Hospitals will be encouraged to share how they have or plan to integrate the tools and action steps for becoming an Age Friendly Hospital.

WHA, with sponsorship provided by the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health, is offering the following webinars for critical access and small rural hospitals on how to become an age-friendly hospital.
