The 2025 Physician Leadership Development Conference was held March 14 and 15 in Kohler, WI at the iconic American Club. It was a successful event that included networking, learning, engaging discussion and fun.

A group of 150 WHA hospital member physician leaders and CEOs gathered for this 1 ½ day conference. Attendees commented that this year’s event was “excellent” and provided “timely content.” They further mentioned that this annual opportunity to hear WHA President and CEO Eric Borgerding discuss the current state of health care in Wisconsin is a “welcome reminder” of the challenges and successes the entire state faces.
