Executive Project Sponsorship - WHA Health Care Leadership Academy Cohort Participates in Session
On March 3, the 2026 WHA Health Care Leadership Academy group came back together for a session on Executive Project Sponsorship: The "Must Know" Essentials for Leading Organizational Projects. UW CPED Instructor Scott Converse walked the group through the elements and considerations for executive project sponsorship. The interactive session had the group apply the concepts learned to current projects they are leading, while providing the opportunity to discuss successes and roadblocks. The session also allotted time for brainstorming and discussion around problem solving options to issues the group is facing with their respective projects.
