Registration for the 2027 WHA Health Care Leadership Academy, a unique learning experience conducted in partnership with the University of Wisconsin – Madison Center for Professional & Executive Development, is now open for registration. 

Having graduated 40 participants across its first four cohorts, this unique leadership development program fosters professional growth through networking, collaboration, problem-solving and meaningful relationship building.

Health care continues to operate in an environment of constant change. As the industry faces significant transformation, the need for resilient, capable leaders who can successfully navigate emerging challenges and opportunities has never been greater. Hospital leaders, in particular, must understand the business of health care to contribute more effectively to patient care, financial stewardship and operational excellence.

The 2027 WHA Health Care Leadership Academy is designed to help build these essential leadership competencies for both clinical and non-clinical professionals from WHA member hospitals. The program is intended for:

• Leadership staff who aspire to promote into the C-Suite
• Newer C-Suite leaders who want to continue to be promoted within the hospital

This program is available exclusively to WHA member hospitals and health systems.
