Student loan debt repayment program
One of the newest initiatives to attract and retain nurses is a student loan debt repayment program for employees working in a job that requires a registered nurse license. Through the program, Mercyhealth makes payments directly to the employee’s selected eligible loan service provider. This payment is an additional payment designed to help employees pay their loans off faster and save on interest.
