Stoughton Health is looking for someone to join our team in the capacity of a Patient Care Technician. This person will train alongside Stoughton Health staff to learn the duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant role. Stoughton Health will pay for this individual to take the Certified Nursing Assistant training course through an accredited school such as Blackhawk Technical College or Madison College. We will be very flexible with the candidate’s school schedule to ensure they can attend classes and trainings as needed.

The Advanced Practitioner performs clinical, technical and patient-related functions in a primary care Internal Medicine setting. You would be a part of a 30-member primary care clinic which includes Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and other specialties. Education: Graduate of an accredited advanced nurse practitioner program or physician assistant program. Master’s Degree required. Experience: Minimum of two years primary care experience, geriatrics experience a plus. Working 40 hours per week.

The Certified Nursing Assistant works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides direct and non-direct patient care according to their scope of practice. Understands and reacts effectively to the unique needs of all patients. Works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide safe patient care. Education: Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry Certifications: CNA certification required. Door County Medical Center is seeking a dedicated professional to join our hospital team. Ideal candidates should possess dual modality certifications or be willing to cross-train in CT, MRI, or Mammography. • Education: Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology. • Certifications: Required certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or Registry eligible; Wisconsin Radiographer License and CPR. Preferred certification in Mammography, CT, or MRI. Work Schedule: • 32-40 hours a week. • Rotating Weekend Coverage: Every 4 weeks, with various start times: 7 AM, 3 PM, or 11 PM. • Rotating Holidays Coverage: 1-2 times a year, with various start times: 7 AM, 3 PM, or 11 PM.
 

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for operating nuclear medicine equipment and administrating radioisotope injections to patients to produce high-quality diagnostic scans. Nuclear Medicine Technologists are expected to undergo cross-training in CT, and training will be provided to team members within their first year of hire. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited program in Nuclear Medicine. Credential/License Required: Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist; CPR certified. The Licensed Mental Health Professional provides therapy for individuals experiencing mental health disorders consistent with diagnoses listed in the most current DSM. Education Required: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Wisconsin is required. Additional certification or training in substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
