WHA 2026 Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Webinar Series
Part 1: Annual Workforce Report
Join WHA Senior Vice President of Workforce and Clinical Practice Ann Zenk and invited guests from state government and education for a series of webinars focused on Wisconsin’s health care workforce. This series is intended to provide a forum for WHA members and other key stakeholders to discuss the workforce challenges affecting hospitals and health systems. Participants will learn and share innovative strategies on how to grow the workforce faster and leverage top-of-skill practice, teams and technology to keep up with demand that is unlikely to outpace rapid workforce growth.
The WHA 2026 Wisconsin Health Care Workforce Webinar Series will kick off on March 31, 2026 with a session focused on WHA’s annual workforce report.

2026 Wisconsin Rural Health Conference
The annual Wisconsin Rural Health Conference is the statewide forum designed to highlight public policy and operations issues affecting rural health care, identify how the delivery of and access to rural health care are changing and identify ways in which data, technology and people processes are improving care and access for rural populations.
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of CEOs, administrators, chief financial officers, controllers, nurse executives, chief medical officers, medical directors, marketing/public relations directors, quality managers, risk managers, public health officials, and hospital board of director members of rural health care organizations.
