Contributing to the Health of our Communities

Watertown Regional Medical Center (WRMC) has taken a significant step in supporting community health by donating $500,000 to the Rock River Community Clinic (RRCC). This isn’t just a financial contribution; it's an investment in the well-being of residents across Dodge, Jefferson, and Walworth counties.

Over the next two years, this $500,000 will be distributed in quarterly installments, directly supporting the clinic’s essential services. For many in the area, RRCC is more than just a clinic—it’s a vital resource. It provides medical and dental care to those who might otherwise go without, especially the uninsured or those with high deductibles.

In 2023, RRCC’s clinics in Watertown, Whitewater, Jefferson, and Fort Atkinson served over 1,200 medical patients and more than 1,600 dental patients, including 800 children and 275 individuals with developmental disabilities. These numbers represent lives that have been significantly impacted by the care RRCC provides.

For WRMC, this donation is about more than financial support; it's a partnership in a shared mission to ensure that everyone in the community has access to essential care. The hospital recognizes that the success of RRCC is closely linked to the health of the community. By supporting RRCC, WRMC is helping to create a healthier future for all residents.
