The annual WHA Physician Leadership Development Conference provides Wisconsin member hospitals and health systems with a valuable opportunity to support their physicians and accompanying CEOs in building essential leadership skills and to stay informed on timely and critical issues facing health care. This CME-accredited event features presentations and educational sessions from subject matter experts from around the country as well as Wisconsin health care leaders.
Physician leaders play a critical role in bridging clinical expertise with organizational priorities. Transitioning into leadership positions often requires physicians to expand their focus beyond direct patient care to address organizational challenges, lead their clinical teams and drive transformative change within the dynamic health care landscape. Learning side by side with their respective executives allows for real-time discussion and problem solving.
Sponsorship opportunities are available to WHA Corporate Members. To learn more about these opportunities, please review the 2026 Event Document and email us at education@wha.org to learn more.
The 2026 Physician Leadership Development Conference will be held at The Osthoff Resource in Elkhart Lake on March 13-14, 2026. The annual conference is an opportunity for Wisconsin hospitals and health systems to offer their physicians CME-qualifying education focused on developing their leadership skills.
