Eilidh Pederson joined Western Wisconsin Health (WWH) as their CEO in January of 2022. Prior to joining WWH, Pederson served as the Chief Operating Officer for Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, in rural Vermont and in a leadership capacity for Bell Hospital, a critical access hospital in Ishpeming, MI. WWH is an independent, 22-bed critical access hospital in Baldwin, WI. WWH’s cornerstone programs include the provision of holistic care delivered through two Rural Health clinics, a growing obstetrical department, swing-bed program, full-service surgery delivered through robotic-assisted care a 24/7 Fitness Center and full rehabilitation program. WWH is in a time of growth and recently expanded their inpatient footprint. The Hospital added beds to their medical-surgical and obstetrical departments to meet the growing need and combat the challenges of rural Hospitals closing their Birthing Centers. WWH also recently added inpatient dialysis care to meet expanding patient care needs. WWH employs over 500 multi-disciplinary staff and their mission is to ‘build a healthier tomorrow, together’.
