Authentic Leadership – Opening Agenda Item for 2023 Physician Leadership Development Conference
Register today for the March 10 and 11, 2023, Physician Leadership Development Conference at The American Club in Kohler and experience a powerful opening presentation that will serve as the foundation for the remainder of the conference.
Shelley Smith and Andy Hillig, from the LAK Group, will be sharing - Knowing Yourself: Authentic Leadership to Lead in Any Situation.
It is important to remember that a title doesn't define a leader. Anyone can be called a leader, but a true leader “leads” as a visible role model for others. Authentic leaders demonstrate open and honest communication, nurture sincere relationships, and help others understand their value in ensuring organizational success. This program will give you tools, techniques, and perspectives to help you to understand your leadership presence so that you can be more purposeful in leading others.
