Shelley Smith with The Lak Group will conclude the 2023 Physician Leadership Development Conference with a training module on executive presence.
Executive presence impacts our influence and credibility with others. Whether in a formal or informal setting, executive presence means that we can communicate in a clear and compelling manner. This can influence how we are perceived as a leader. This session will aim to strengthen communication skills resulting in a strong executive presence.
