Vote on Tuesday, November 5
Election Day is next week, Tuesday, Nov. 5. WHA's grassroots advocacy program, the Hospitals Education & Advocacy Team (HEAT), reminds you to make your voice heard and VOTE in this upcoming general election.
Individuals who are registered can vote absentee in-person (early voting) at their municipal clerk's office now through Sunday, Nov. 3. Check your municipal clerk's office for hours. Remember: If you are not registered to vote, you can register the day of the general election at your polling place. Just remember to bring your photo ID.
Visit WHA's Election Resources page for more election-related information, including how to locate your polling place and links to Wisconsin Eye’s candidate interview videos where voters can learn where candidates stand on health care and other issues.
WHA is a proud sponsor of Wisconsin Eye’s non-partisan Campaign 2024 coverage, which includes the production of informative interviews of over 115 candidates across the state.
WHA's Election Resources web page also includes tools for WHA members to encourage voter participation and engagement in advocacy within their own organizations. These tools include information on how to join the HEAT grassroots network and how individuals can help support candidates for state office who value hospitals and health systems through the Wisconsin Hospitals State PAC & Conduit.
