Strength Over Stroke Conference
United Stroke Alliance in partnership with stroke coordinators from SSM Health St. Mary’s Madison Hospital, University Hospital and Froedtert Hospital will host this conference. You are invited to join for a day of education and appreciations.
The intended audience is stroke survivors and their caregivers; however, all audiences are welcome.
Cost: $25/person, $40/couple, lunch included
