Webinar Two: Focus on Activating Patients as Partners in Care and Safety
Join WHA and ECRI & The Just Culture Company for this webinar series project that kicks off on April 22, 2025, with an informational webinar followed by administration of the ECRI Total Systems Safety Organizational Self-Assessment. Following the survey, ECRI will host a series of two webinars in June, each two hours in length, facilitated by ECRI and The Just Culture Company faculty. Each webinar will feature the aggregated averaged results of all the participants and in-depth discussion of tactics to address the most common gaps observed from the assessment.
This webinar (Webinar Two) will address the most common gaps observed related to activating patients, families, and caregivers in care and safety topics including communication and resolution programs, patient reported safety concerns, and co-design of care. Tactics will be provided on how to prepare, implement, and measure changes.
Following the webinar series, ECRI will conduct a participant evaluation to solicit feedback.
