Wisconsin Hospital Board of Directors Members and CEOs Attend Day of Education
On May 4, more than 100 Wisconsin hospital board of directors members, along with their respective CEOs, attended a day of education in Madison. Attendees, who were both in person and virtual, were presented with information that included a wide variety of topics. Some of these included the current health care environment in Wisconsin, recruiting and onboarding new board members, governance vs. management, legal risks and protections for board members and corporate compliance.
