Registration Open for WHA Telehealth Webinar Series
The initial three webinars, starting Dec. 12, will focus on:
- State telehealth public policy, including the latest status on telehealth public policy in Wisconsin, the outlook for future telehealth public policy, and WHA’s telehealth advocacy.
- Federal telehealth public policy, including the current status of telehealth flexibilities in the public health emergency and the status and outlook for federal action to make such flexibilities permanent.
- The intersection of labor and employment law and telehealth, including navigating issues when utilizing out-of-state providers issues, presented by attorneys Tom O’Day and Kelsey Toledo from Husch Blackwell LLP.
