Cost is $500/person and the online registration deadline is noon on June 14. To register, please click here.  After this date, please register on-site at the conference.

Registrants attending the dinner reception on the evening of June 19 are welcome to bring a guest. The cost for each dinner guest is $60. Attendance can be indicated through the registration process. 
 

Golf (Optional) 

An optional golf outing is available for conference attendees on June 19. Participation can be indicated through the registration process. Details below:

$85 fee includes:
  • 18 holes of golf with cart (Shotgun start)
  • Lunch (Sub sandwich, chips and cookie) delivered on the course
  • 2 non-alcoholic beverages (Drink tickets)

WHA Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing up to fifteen (15) business days prior to the conference will be given a full refund less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than fifteen (15) business days prior and day-of-program no-shows. Substitutions are accepted.
