Cindy Case

Director of Data Management and Integrity, WHA Information Center

Cindy Case joined the Wisconsin Hospital Association Information Center (WHAIC) in 2009. Prior to WHAIC, Cindy was in health insurance for over 20 years where she held multiple positions from Administration, Credentialing, Quality, to HIPAA Privacy Officer.
 
Cindy graduated from Upper Iowa University in 2007 in Business Administration and holds a Certified Outpatient Credential from the AAPC.
 
Cindy is proud of the work done at the WHAIC and enjoys being able to continue her passion for project management and process improvements. Cindy is a proud mother of three boys, and when not at work conjuring up new process improvements, she enjoys refinishing furniture, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places to visit or vacation.
