Jeannette Skinner, RN, MBA, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 27 years of C-suite leadership, serving in Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and the past 15 years as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) roles across for-profit, public, non-profit hospitals, health systems, and physician enterprises.

A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), she is Past President of the South Texas Chapter of ACHE, where she guided the chapter to Chapter of Distinction status. Her expertise includes new hospital construction, hospital turnarounds, mergers/acquisitions, revenue cycle optimization, , and strategic innovation, delivering enhanced financial performance, operational efficiency, and superior patient care.

Dr. Raquel Dardik, MD, is a distinguished obstetrician-gynecologist and healthcare leader with over 28 years of clinical practice, innovation, and executive experience in women's health. As Chief Medical Officer at Ultrasound AI, she drives the company's mission to revolutionize maternal-fetal care through AI-powered ultrasound analysis, bridging cutting-edge technology with real-world clinical impact to improve pregnancy outcomes and save lives.

A proven innovator in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Dardik spent the last decade at NYU Langone Health and Grossman School of Medicine, where she served as Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. There, she focused on transforming patient care through quality improvement, resident education, multidisciplinary approaches, and advancements in women's health services. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Johns Hopkins Hospital after earning her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Dardik combines deep clinical expertise with strategic leadership to advance healthcare innovation. At Ultrasound AI, she plays a pivotal role in guiding clinical strategy, validating AI algorithms for predicting delivery timing and preterm birth risk from standard ultrasound images, and supporting regulatory and adoption pathways—including FDA processes—to enable broader clinical integration and proactive, personalized maternal care.

Her career reflects a commitment to elevating women's health through evidence-based practice, education, and technology. She has contributed to quality improvement initiatives across residency programs, published on unified teaching and implementation strategies in academic medicine, and maintained affiliations with leading institutions including NYU Langone Hospitals. Dr. Dardik is passionate about harnessing AI and big data to solve critical challenges in obstetrics, empowering clinicians to deliver earlier interventions, reduce complications, and achieve better outcomes for mothers and newborns.
