WHA Foundation Announces Application Open for 2024 Clinical Simulation Lab Scholarship

The WHA Foundation is once again offering scholarships to WHA member hospitals, allowing them to designate an interdisciplinary team to participate in clinical simulation training focused on stroke, sepsis/septic shock or high-risk OB delivery. This year the WHA Foundation has an agreement with the Gundersen Health System Integrated Center for Education (ICE) to provide their upgraded facilities and equipment to scholarship recipients.

The WHA Foundation, Inc. was formed in 1968 to support educational, research and charitable programs of the Wisconsin Hospital Association and its members. Today, as a 501(c)(3) organization, the Foundation focuses its grant making priorities on initiatives that have a statewide impact on health care in Wisconsin. The Foundation's three specific funding priorities include:
 
  • Health Care Workforce Development
  • Health Care Quality and Safety Initiatives
  • Collaborative Community Health Initiatives
The deadline to submit your application is Friday, May 10.
