Dana Fischer Joins WHA Quality Team
Dana Fischer has joined the WHA quality improvement team as a clinical quality improvement manager. She will be leading special quality improvement projects. Fischer comes to WHA most recently from the Wisconsin Association for Perinatal Care where she was the quality improvement advisor for the Wisconsin Perinatal Quality Collaborative.
Fischer has experience coaching hospital, dental clinic and community organizations in quality improvement work. She has worked extensively with safety net providers in Wisconsin and nationally to increase access to oral health services for pregnant women and children.
Fischer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education and a Master of Public Health degree. She is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.
