On Nov. 6, WHA Foundation’s Executive Director, Leigh Ann Larson, traveled to La Crosse to present the award to one of the winners of this year’s Global Vision Community Partnership Award. 
Taking Medicine to the Streets - St. Clare Health Mission Street Medicine – Gundersen Health System
The Taking Medicine to the Streets program provides medical care to unhoused populations. The goal of the program is to engage people experiencing homelessness wherever they are, on their own terms, helping to reduce barriers to medical care and decrease health disparities.
Congratulations to Gundersen Health System for this very deserving community program.
